Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Studio Lapiz .​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 4-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Studio Lapiz ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and not APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Studio Lapiz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Studio Lapiz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase from Studio Lapiz. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for [a full refund], [store credit], or [an exchange]. RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within [60] days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at friends@elstudiolapiz.com, with order number and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Note we are a 1 man band so we will work with you as soon as possible.
In most cases you we ask to place the item/s securely in its original packaging and [include your proof of purchase / the return form provided / other], and mail your return to the address advised:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return] or [exchange].
